As a member of the Hiptown network, you have occasional access to all our regional sites (Lyon, Marseille, Bordeaux, Rennes, Lille). Simply notify your site manager, who will make the reservation for you. The manager of the area you wish to visit will be happy to meet you on the day of your arrival.
Our ratios of number of people to surface area are always carefully studied. The price per unit necessarily includes the number of m2 of space, but also furniture, utilities, internet, cleaning…
The 160 credits correspond to the length of time you can reserve meeting rooms in hours. For example, a small meeting room starts at 20 hourly credits and a medium-sized one at 30 hourly credits.
Of course we can help you choose your furniture!
We offer a made-to-measure catalog sourced from our partners, featuring furniture with a low environmental impact and adapted to your budget (second-hand or new eco-designed furniture).
If you are a Hiptown user, you are free to show your visitors our spaces, as long as it is in a professional context.
For business purposes, you are welcome to invite your colleagues, staff or customers to our meeting rooms. They’re more than welcome!
You can host visitors in your office space or in our Hiptown meeting rooms subject to reservation (depending on your credits and the availability of our rooms) and for business purposes only.
They’re welcome at Hiptown!
A sponsorship format can also be set up if you succeed in turning your customers/collaborators/friends into Hiptown users. Our family is yours, so don’t hesitate!
It’s entirely possible to give you the freedom to discover our other Hiptown spaces, as long as you’re one of our users.
If you’re one of our customers, you’re more than welcome to visit our different Hiptown areas for a day. Our site managers will give you a warm welcome!
As a Hiptown user, you’re welcome to visit our various Hiptown spaces in : Marseille, Lyon, Lille, Paris and soon Rennes! Don’t hesitate to take advantage of your travels from city to city to discover our various offices.
If so, you’ll get a free day with our site managers, as a “nomad” customer. After that, the services are the same as ours.
Parking spaces are indeed available close to our Hiptown Bordeaux spaces. We have two possibilities depending on your request.
You can park your car at the foot of the Perspective building. You have two options. We also have a secure bicycle storage area.
Close to the Perspective building, there are two parking lots:
- the Ars Belcier parking lot, a 3-minute walk away, which allows you to cross the large and (beautiful) Jardin de l’Ars.
- Perspective underground parking lot
These parking lots are not included in our Hiptown service. However, at your request, we’ll reserve them for you and include them in our prices, so that you’ll find the subscription system easy and straightforward.
Finally, at the back of our building, we have a secure bike room for our users. It works with an access badge and lets you store your bike in complete peace of mind to get your day off to a good start!
Below you’ll find the most efficient means of transport (streetcar, car, bike, train, etc.) to get to our Bordeaux Euratlantique site.
Our Hiptown Bordeaux Euratlantique site can be reached via a major mobility network.
We are located at 2 rue du Jardin de l’Ars, on the Garonne quay. The GPS coordinates are as follows RFF4+2V Bordeaux
Transportation options include :
- streetcars C & D: 6min walk
- Gare Saint Jean: 12min walk
- Cycling and scootering: maximum 15 minutes from Place de la Bourse
- Bus 11 to Victoire at the foot of our site
- Cabs near Saint Jean station or Uber available.
- By car: we’re close to the ring road, so you can avoid traffic jams. Parking spaces are available nearby (Ars Belcier parking lot, €15 per day).
- By plane: Bus 1 from Mérignac airport, Gare Saint Jean stop. Then, 12min walk.
Hiptown Bordeaux is more than just a workspace or coworking space. It’s a real living space for companies. Our primary objective is to support companies in their real estate management and/or growth, by making their day-to-day life easier. We offer a wide range of services to make everyday life easier for businesses. Our unobstructed view over the Garonne and our convenient location (streetcar, Gare Saint Jean, bus, bike, car) in Bordeaux’s business district, ensure quality support.
Our spaces give you access to coworking-type services (access to meeting rooms, wifi, cleaning services, reception, cafeteria, entertainment, etc.). In Bordeaux, however, we have chosen to offer neutral offices that are essentially closed and entirely independent, so that companies can mark their own DNA and feel right at home!
In a district as dynamic as Euratlantique, Hiptown will be delighted to welcome you and let you enjoy a magnificent view over the Garonne!
It’s perfectly possible to work in our spaces at irregular intervals (once/twice a week, or 6 times a month, for example).
You’re free to come and visit us any day you like. Our spaces are open 24/7. In this case, if you have an access badge, you’re welcome at home whenever you choose.
You can choose to come on the days you prefer. Three contract options are available to you:
- The dedicated office contract. An office space is entirely reserved for you on a monthly basis, so you’re free to come whenever you like.
- The “nomad” contract. You can set up wherever you see a space available in a closed (non-privatized) office. You have the same access and services as the dedicated office contract.
- Book of 10 tickets. You have 10 days to come to our spaces, where you find space, and take advantage of our coworking services. The only difference: you have the same working hours as the site manager (8am-6pm, Monday to Friday).
